We are a family (2 persons) living in a nice green area about 12 miles outside Brussels.
Luc (65 years) is retired but still freelance lecturer in transport, logistics and mobility. Lia (63 years) is also retired but still active als freelance nurse following up children untill the age of 3.
Our home is near to the centre of Brussels (only 18 km = 12 miles) by car or train +/- 30 min.
From Brussels off (by high speed train) Paris (Eurostar), Amsterdam (Eurostar), The Hague (Eurostar), London (Eurostar), Cologne (Eurostar) can be reached by high spead train in about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Other European Cities can be raeched by high speed train in 5 to 6 hours.
Brussels airport @ +/- 30 kilometer (18 miles).
