About Our Family

We are Mike (39), Geri (41), Mila (10) and Gabriel (5). We are an international family and lived in a few countries. We enjoy traveling, have broad interests and are open for any travel suggestions. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish, German and Bulgarian and had a great first home exchange experience with a very nice family from Tenerife.
Geri works as an employee in a bookstore. She's been doing this for many years and books really are her passion. Michael is an editor and he writes for a magazine on hotels, bars and restaurant. Mila is 10, smart, adicted to books and she speaks both Dutch as Bulgarian (Geri's native tongue). Gabriel is 5 and crazy about Football and food ;)

Lifestyle

For traveling and exchange: we love pretty much everything and are open for suggestions. Both Geri and Michael were raised in a medium sized town and have lived in larger cities: Geri for example in Sofia and Madrid and Michael in Barcelona. So yes, we always love to go to Spain, but we could go pretty much anywhere. We like cities, but in the summer (because of the kids) we prefer beaches or lakes nearby. But like we said: we're open for suggestions.

So, surprise us!
