Beautiful wooden house in Älvsjö, Stockholm area, Sweden
Our house is a beautiful 2 family house built 1882, with view over a small lake from all windows! Our part is 140 sq meters at 1:st floor.
Big livingroom (35 sq mtrs) and a wonderful diningroom with a fabolous view over the lake.
Big kitchen with all utensils necessary. 2 bedrooms, bathroom + extra wc. A dining room which also can be used as a bedroom, A beautiful garden and a terrace fronting the lake.
High technical standard, ex. Internet/computers/TV/HiFi/wash/dish...
Bicycles, of course!
A large boat harboured in the Archipelago for overnight use, if You want a different experience!
We have a wonderful terrace with view over the lake. Nice place to sit in the evening, looking at the sunset.
The area is very quiet and it is easy to go by bus/ train in to the city.

Our Neighbourhood
Nearest Airport: Arlanda - 40 km
The house is situated close to a small lake wich is very nice to take a swim into. A small beach makes it very friendly if you have small children.
One km away, there is a recreation area and a 4/ 2 km jogging track.
Travelling to centre of Stockholm is very easy; 30 minutes with bus and commuter train or subway. With car only 15 minutes.
It's also very easy to take the bicycle, even to the city (40 minutes)- it is very bicycle -friendly!
Stockholm archipelago with its 28 000 islands is beautiful and unique. Stockholm is just close to the water and it's called Venice of the North. The old town is from the 11th century.
You can mix your vacation with typical summer holiday activites as going to the beach, with shopping and/ or beeing cultural.
Stockholm has a lot of restaurants with food from the whole world and it is very easy for visitors. Everyone speaks english and often a second language as spanish, french or german.
