A house with a stunning view in a pretty Hamstone village in South Somerset with fast Wi-Fi near the famous Jurassic Coast

The house is secluded yet near amenities (nearest towns Crewkerne, Ilminster and Yeovil). Not overlooked at all, a perfect retreat. The house has uninterrupted views over South Somerset. Hinton St George is a friendly quintessential English village with a thriving community shop, gastro pub (The Lord Poulett), and is 40 minutes drive from Dorset (the Jurassic coast). The house is comfortable and spacious with everything you need for 4 people and a baby. We have fast internet connection and a smart TV.
There is private parking. There are several National Trust properties nearby, Montacute House, Barrington Court, Lytes Cary and Tintinhull, all within about a 6 mile radius

We can do NON SIMULTANEOUS SWAPS as this is a holiday home.

Although in a peaceful village, we are able to get to Yeovil, Taunton and Exeter easily. We are 2 miles from the A303 which passes Stonehenge (which is 52 miles away). There is a bus in the village and a train station at Crewkerne, however, it is advisable to have a car. The coast is 40 minutes away. There are several National Trust properties nearby. There is a train to London (Waterloo) and Exeter, also a very reasonable coach service to London (Hammersmith) that is approximately £17.00 return. The village has a very pretty church also a very popular pub/restaurant The Lord Poulett Arms. There is a thriving village shop. There are many interesting examples of beautiful architecture in the village. The Dinnington Docks is a popular pub in the next village of Dinnington (a pleasant walk (about 1 1/2 miles). There is the Jubilee Woods, a children's playground and many footpaths. Further information is on the village website: www.hintonstgeorge.org.uk
