A nice apartment in the centre of the old city
Our apartment, totally renovated in 2015, is very comfortable, fully equipped and perfect for 2 couples or a family of 2 little children. Situated in the heart of Valencia (barrio del Carmen), in a quiet pedestrian street, you can reach famous places like Plaza de la reina, Plaza de la Virgen, Jardin del turia or Torres de Serranos in a few minutes by foot. You will also find many restaurants and tapas bars very close. If you want to leave the city, beautiful beaches are not far by bicycle or metro. 2 folding bikes are available.

Our Neighbourhood
Nearest Airport: Valencia - 20' by taxi, 30' by metro
Valencia is a beautiful city that will transport you into the past. You will discover many historical treasures such as Valencia Cathedral, the Micalet, the Basilica of the Virgin, the Lonja de la Seda, el mercado central...
You can also visit many museums offering art, history, architecture. And of course you can't miss the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences created by Santiago Calatrava.
Valencia is also famous for its beautiful beaches and for those who prefer a wilder kind of beach, we recommend El Saler, next to the Albufera Natural Park.
By train or by bus, you will be able to visit nice places along the sea or inside the country.

About Our Family
We live in the south of Belgium but fell in love of Valencia where we spent most of our holidays.
Our 2 sons are not living with us anymore.
We enjoy to discover new places, in Spain or elsewhere.
We did 17 Intervac exchanges in Holland ( Amsterdam, Delft), Sweden ( Växjö, Stokholm), Slovenia ( Ljubljana), Spain (Minorca, Sevilla, Pais Vasco), USA (Virginia), Belgium (Antwerp, Brugge), Norway, France (Paris, Normandie, Périgueux), Madera. And hope to do new one because we think it's the best way to travel!
