3 bedroom luxury apartment on beautiful Berrys Bay, Sydney
This is a modern apartment in a great location- overlooking (Berrys Bay), and next to a beautiful park and bushland walks overlooking Sydney Harbour but only 10-15 minutes to Uber/drive into the city, or 8 minute walk to station + two stops on the train (or 45 minute walk to the Opera House). The entire apartment building had a major renovation about 7 years ago and our apartment now has everything from the revamped wooden floors, modernised bathrooms, new kitchen, restyled deck, tiles and patio.

McMahons Point is on a peninsula, which makes it a quiet place to live, even though its close to the city (ie no through traffic).
The main street, Blues Point Road, has various coffee shops and restaurants as well as bakery, bookshop, pharmacy, post office and grocer. Just up the road (10 minute walk), North Sydney is a business centre and hub with a shopping centre, supermarkets and most other types of store. Where we live is a ten minute walk to the Blues Point shops, and a couple of hundred meters to beautiful Waverton Park, with further walks along to the headland, all overlooking Sydney Harbour.
Just Google "Berrys Bay, Sydney" for many other photos or for example,

or try "Berrys Bay lookout walk". You could walk to Sydney Opera House in about 45 minutes via Sydney Harbour Bridge. There is also a ferry to Circular Quay (15 minutes walk then 2 stops on the ferry,). The ferry also goes to multiple other destinations within Sydney Harbour. Wendy Whiteley's Garden, an amazing and beautiful creation (google "wendy whiteley's secret garden" is about 7 minutes walk.
is about an 8 minute walk
