Rustig gelegen woning op een steenworp van historische steden, natuur en recreatie domeinen.
Our house
– We live in a dead end street, with almost no traffic.
Kids can play, skate, bike and draw with sidewalk chalk on the street.
- The garden is oriented South-West .
– We have 2 big terraces in the garden:
– In the back of the garden the sun is on the terrace from the afternoon till the
evening.
We integrated a tree in the terrace for shadow when it is too hot in the
sun. So you can still sit together on the terrace when it is too hot for one of you.
In the tree you can hangup a hammock. Very nice and cozy.
You can only go in the hammock with one person.
Sometimes at nightfall, you can see a small bat flying a few circles through the garden.
Place some candles on the garden table in the evening and you love to stay outside.
In the summer months there is an above-ground swimming pool on part of the terrace. The pool is heated with sun
mats on the garden house.
The size of the swimming pool is 2 metres by 4 metres and 1.2 metres deep.
Perfect for a refreshing dip.
– At the back of the house, we have a covered terrace. You can eat your breakfast there in the morning sun while you can
hear the birds singing.
Because the terrace is covered, you could sit outside at any time of the day.
It is the perfect place to sit when the night falls and you don’t want to sit at the other terrace in the back of the garden or
when is too hot of course.
Thanks to the covered terrace, the kids can play outside when it’s raining or when they need fresh air.
We also have a big gas barbecue that you could use. You just have to roll it away from the wall (because of the heat) and start to grill your meat.
– In the garden is a wooden play tower and two horizontal bars to play on for the kids.
– Our garden is completely fenced. So if you bring a dog, you don’t have to worry whether he will run away. The dog can run free in our garden. We even have a covered dog house, which can be closed.
– On the main floor there is a living room – kitchen – storage room – hall – toilet
– On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms: 1 masterbedroom with a double bed and
3 rooms. One with a double bed and two with a single bed.
– Bathroom on the first floor with bath – shower together and a toilet.
– The attic on the second floor is under construction and can’t be used. The attic doors are locked.
– Central heating
– Electricity
– Internet – WIFI
– Washing machine
– Dryer
– A dishwasher
– Combi microwave
– TV
– Firebox
– Bicycles: 4 city bicycles
– No Smoking
– Dog is allowed.
The dog is not allowed to go to the first and second floor.
The dog is not allowed to sit or lie down in the seats.
We take the dog bench and dog pillows from inside and outside with us.
So please pay attention that you take your own dog bench and dog pillow with you when we switch houses.
Our dog is staying with someone else during the changeover.
