Kleines Haus in Feldrandlage nahe der Hamburger Stadtgrenze / Small Home in rual area, 25 km from Hamburg City Centre
My little house can accommodate two people. It is on one level, has a living area with a large winter garden, a bedroom (bed 140 x 200 cm), a study, a utility room, a full bathroom, an additional toilet and a kitchen that is not closed off. The house was completely renovated in 6/2024 and has a small garden and a carport. It's light and airy.
The house is on a street with a 30 km/h speed limit. It is located right on the edge of the field and on the bridle path. You step out of the door and can immediately start jogging, cycling or walking. Tangstedt is part of the Oberalster recreation area.
Shops can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes. A local restaurant and the bakery are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus connection to the Hamburg subway/underground. The Hamburg-Duvenstedt district with a weekly market and all shops for everyday needs can be reached in 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the city of Hamburg by car and 60 minutes by bus and train. The Baltic Sea can be reached in one hour and the North Sea (e. g. Sankt Peter Ording) in around 1.75 hours.
