I am offering a two-room apartment for exchange, located in Warsaw, in the Mokotów district, near the city center. It has an area of ​​55 m2, consists of a living room, a semi-open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The apartment is perfectly clean and very cozy. It also has a balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes household appliances: a fridge, a kettle, cutlery, tableware, an oven, pots, an electric hob, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and other useful appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is located in a modern housing estate, guarded and monitored 24 hours a day, with its own commercial and service facilities. The estate includes two parks with various plants, a lake and free, uncovered sports infrastructure.
Quick access to the city center and the airport: to the city center (5 km to the Palace of Culture and Science), to the Chopin airport (3.5 km). Public transport: trams, buses, metro. Access to the Center by public transport takes about 25-30 minutes.
The apartment will be comfortable for 2 people.
