A modern new house (2022) 4 bedrooms, two floors. Beautiful surroundings, hiking paths, fishing possibilities. Small village with playground, grocery store, café and gas station within walking distance. Lake view from the house. Cute cats that would like some attention.

Nearest Airport: Åre/Östersund - 50 km

There's an outdoor paddle court nearby as well as an outdoor gym. We also have access to a classic Swedish "Bakstuga", baking cottage with a stone oven that makes wonderful pizza or Swedish traditional flatbread.

Lots of lakes with good fishing, boats can be rented at nearby villages. Wonderful hiking trails with waterfalls, mountain views etc. Several lakes that are great for bathing/swimming, some with jetties. Local wildlife-spotting; moose, reindeer etc.
