Our family home is in the lovely city of Vernon, nestled among spectacular lakes, beautiful provincial parks, amazing hiking and biking trails and golf courses. This is the perfect family destination. Kalamalka Lake, known for its clean and vibrant water, is a short walk from our home and well-known for swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and water skiing. Kalamalka Provincial Park is a block away and has an extensive trail network for hiking, trail running and mountain biking. The Rail Trail is an old rail line converted to a gravel path that is ideal for walking and biking alongside the beautiful lake. Downtown Vernon, 10 minutes away, has many great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Less than 30 minutes from our home is SilverStar Mountain, known for its downhill mountain bike park in the summer and nordic and alpine skiing in the winter. There are many golf courses, wineries, cideries and orchards in the area.
Our home is located in a quiet and scenic residential area. It is a beautiful three-story, five bedroom family home with a backyard that includes a garden, a trampoline and a hot tub. We are on a cul-de-sac with a park and playground across the street.
