Situated not too far away from the Danube river, the flat enjoys proximity to (well-known) parks, the water and multiple options of public transport. The city centre is within close reach, while the area around the flat is residential and somewhat calm. I live here alone, with a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

What you will love about living here is that the location is both central, but also away from the busy parts of town. The main local train line is a 5 minutes walk away, and with the tram, you can head directly to the city centre, taking only 12-15 minutes. There is also the subway no. 6 that connects you to the other parts of town, 10 minutes walking distance.

The flat has an entryway, which leads into the kitchen and further into either the bedroom, the bathroom or the living room. It is about 45 sqm and quite easy to navigate. I have a flatmate, whose flat can be entered via the entryway. It is not part of the exchange and he is a friend of mine and we just happen to share this sort of apartment, which consists of two separate, fully functional flats.

Accessibility/wheelchair information: From the entry into the flat, there is a change in levels of about 4 centimetres. Besides that, the whole flat is level and equipped with 80+ cm doors.
