Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral nahe des Bahnhofs (1 km) und circa 2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Our house is very near to the central station and not far to the city centre. You can reach it by foot in 20 minutes or go by bike in 5 minutes. There is also a busstop 100 m from our house.

If you like culture and ancient cities, Regensburg = Ratisbona = Castra Regina is the right town!
Also it is suitable for kids. We retained some toys from our kids. There are very nice playgrounds not far from our house (the first 100 m to go, another one 500 m).
We are a couple and our 4 children are grown up.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a garden as well.
The master sleeping room is on the ground floor and also a toilet.
The second floor has 3 rooms. One has a single bed, and one bedroom a sofa which you can use as bed (140 x 2,00m). This floor has a bathroom with toilet.
Our kitchen and living room is one area and gives access to our nice garden. Our lovely garden includes a new swimming pool (8,50 x 3,50m).

2 Bikes are available (we prefer to go to the centre by bike).
We can organize more if wanted.

Regensburg is a Heritage City and the further name is Castra Regina. It was a Roman military camp.
There are many sightseeing points: Porta Praetoria, Stone Bridge, Cathedral.
Culture: theaters, concerts, cabaret, museums, churches all over the city, cinemas, pubs ...
Also the environement is very interesting:
- Walhalla, in the east of Regensburg, you can take a boat trip r go by car or even by bike (one hour to go).
- Weltenburg Abbey at the Danube, 40 km, you can take the ship from Kelheim. It is a very well known boat trip!
- Befreiungshalle = Hall of Liberation near Kelheim, 30 km: from there you can go by foot in the forest to Weltenburg (shadow when it is a hot day or at the Danube, very lovely.

There are some lakes in the environement of Regensburg, where you can swim in summer.
