A small cosy and comfortable cottage set within a private estate that was built to celebrate the millennium in 2000. Lovely neighbours and very close to sandy beaches at Littlehampton and to the South Downs. The house has a lounge, eating area and conservatory and a well equipped modern kitchen. There are 2 double bedrooms (one which has an ensuite) and a family bathroom for the second bedroom. There is a third room which we currently use as an office.

We are on the doorstep of the historic hill top town of Arundel which has an imposing Cathedral and a beautiful medieval castle (seat of the Duke of Norfolk) which is still a fully functioning family home. It opens to the public from April to October each year and hosts lots of events including an international jousting competition in the Summer. There is also a train station with direct links to London. Within 8 miles you will also find the Roman City of Chichester which also has an 12th Century Cathedral. It has lots of shops and restaurants and a wonderful theatre. The coastal towns of Brighton and Hove and Worthing are also very close by and easy to reach by train or car.

We have a communal garden at the front of the house, shared with our immediate neighbours but we do have a small and pretty back garden if you want to be more secluded and private.
